UNITO plus is a yarn which has funtions such as UV protection, transparency control and quick dry which has been achieved by combining recycled polyester with technology. Its features are easy- to handle & natural texture. It is made from special ultrafine recycled polyester fiber, and can be used in a wide range of pruducts as a utility player that can be flexibly adapted to various applications by mixing fibers according to the needs.

Collecting disposed PET bottles.
Crushing PET bottles into chips and wash it.
Melting chips and extruding them
through the nozzle of the machine to form
staple tow (fiber configuration).
Continuous process of cutting
staple tow to make its fiber form.
UNITO plus will be made after
spinning process of its fiber.
Yarn can be divided into two main categories.
Thread with soft and fluffy texture Spun yarn (staple fiber)
Made of short fibers gathered and processed into a single thread. Often made from natural fibers such as cotton and wool or synthetic fibers such as polyester, fabrics made from spun thread have a natural texture and softness. It is used for a wide range of products including clothing and towels.
Glossy, smooth and long thread Filament Yarn (Long Fiber)
Made of long fibers gathered and processed into a single thread. Made from synthetic nylon and polyester, it is used for clothing such as stockings and tights, as well as for industrial materials. Fabrics made from filament yarn have a flat, shiny surface with no fluff.
